[FEATURE] Preserve directories timestamps when extracting #70

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm transferring a bunch of photos taken with the google cam app of my Pixel 3. The "Portrait" photos are composed of a directory named like "IMG_20201007_161126" and 2 pictures (the original one, and the post processed one) name like "00000PORTRAIT_00000_BURST20201007161126704.jpg" and "00100lrPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20201007161126704_COVER.jpg". The modification timestamps of the folder and files correspond to the moment the pîcture was taken.

I would like the timestamps of files and directories to be preserved in order to be able to sort them easily

When I extract a zip with ZipXtract, the files "modified" timestamp are preserved (which is great, "Files by google" app does not preserve them), but the directories "modified" timestamp are set to the date-time of the extraction.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the "modified" timestamp of the extracted folder to match "the modified" timestamp of the folder in the zip archive.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Transfering with adb (not tried)
  • Cx Explorer, Solid Explorer only preserve file timestamps
  • Termux seems to work :
termux-setup-storage
tar --atime-preserve -xvfp my.tar
