[BUG] Performance unusable slow/no progress for larger directories. Bail out with error, if performance too low etc.

Describe the bug
Trying to perform a zip action on a directory of 831 image files for copying them with shelter from work to personal profile (user dialog) yields in load bar showing no load percentage for more than 1 min before I gave up. Unfortunately I can not use termux and use 7z package, because termux does not support work profiles.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. compress dialog
2. select folder in work profile
3. fill in necessary infos
4. try to compress

Expected behaviour
Either a failure should occur or load bar should show progress and compressing to actually succeed.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: TIGER 12 from blackview
• Version DokeOS 4.0 (Android 13 compatible)

Workaround
Use KDE connect to connect between different profiles and/or copy files via network share to personal pc and to phone.
Any UDP share app should work fine also in future, since Android will not sandbox local networks.
