Decoy traffic

It would be great to to be able to hide my traffic from my ISP and from certain websites or apps by generating random activity over the VPN tunnel, as it is offered on Android.

Alternative :
Seed torrents but this is not necessarily very secure, I would have to find one more app and to trust it, ...
