Suggestion: Make Windscribe[ direct-boot aware](https://developer.android.com/privacy-and-security/direct-boot) so the phone is able to connect to the VPN tunnel in BFU (after restart without unlocking. Useful for cases where the OS updates and reboots and the user hasn't unlocked their device yet. Will miss critical notifications or calls otherwise.
