Allow for Automatic Updating of WindowsTermKit & Core TermKit

• Potentially use the notion of 'channels', so a stable build and a nightly / developer build.
• Maintain connection as much as possible with the core termkit.
• Be able to decouple WindowsTermKit, so it can update separately?

What about using something like http://code.google.com/p/omaha.

Alternatively I could adapt an old software updating project to do the job (which is probably easier than implementing Omaha server, etc.).
