There is no Ad Mediator service now. What do I do? #4

I'm still working my way through Bob Tabor's "Window 10 Development for Absolute Beginners" course. I'm in the section in which he demonstrates adding ads to the AlbumCoverMatchGame. I've downloaded and installed the Mircosoft's Ad SDK. Then got back into VS 2015 and opened AlbumCoverMatchGame project. Next I right-mouse button clicked on the AlbumCoverMatchGame project and selected Add | Connected Service. However, there is no Ad Mediator service now. Now I have to possible categories of ads, either Microsoft or Salesforce. Clearly Salesforce is wrong in this instance, so I selected Microsoft. However, under Microsoft there's only 2:
