Release 0.22.0 for darwin

Darwin builds are currently disabled because the toolchain in the addon-builder repo needs fixing. See WebThingsIO/addon-builder#59

Once the toolchain is fixed, version 0.22.1 (?) of the add-on can be released for darwin hosts.
