Feature request: Accept download links directly.

Would it be possible to make the cli accept download urls directly, something like
filesender download --url=https://filesender.sikt.no/?s=download&token=702977ea-97e9-40b5-9a30-0c368c02425b
would be nice. The download link should in principle already contain all info needed. Just a convenience...

The difficulty with doing this is that the base URL is represented as a separate parameter that is always required for all commands. This proposed syntax doesn't use --base-url which would require some difficult restructuring. At the moment I think this is not a priority as it should always be possible to deconstruct the URL into its base and the token.
