Implement MaxParallelExecutedThreads into ResultScheduler.

Refactoring

The current refactoring process will produce the following server types

a) HTTP/1.1 only
b) Embedded - Arduino+Micropython and
c) HTTP/1.2 - XML only.

Result Scheduling

Result scheduling will be removed for types (a) and (b).
