epson 5060ub projector

ok. i bite. ive been trying for days and cannot generate anything that will play correctly on my projector. ive tried various models with various settings. primarily half sbs with 1080p h264 and h265 output. my projector will not play 4k natively and just displays as 2d. on my computer i see sbs and on my projector i see it too. but putting into half sbs mode it still shows the left and right and not merge into a single image. what am i missing? thanks!
