I have found the issue. vt_data for some reason doesn't work on the Universal installer version. I was updating the vt_data for our restaurant and got the same issue. I will look further into this. I had to use a older version of vt_data.

The Universal Installer is but one of Ariel's recent and significant ViewTouch innovations.

2025 has seen significant improvements at ViewTouch, not least of all a comprehensive refactoring of the code base and the introduction of Vectorization optimization by Ariel. Even in the week leading up to the Yuletide he's busy offering us a specific and welcomed polishing of the code base by replacing NULL with nullptr and introducing the override keyword.
