Mini graph for linear view

What is the feature you'd like to have?
I would like the mini graph to also be available in linear mode, not just in graph mode.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes. When working in linear mode, it can still be very helpful to have a quick structural overview of the current function or code region. The mini graph provides useful context for navigation, but this benefit is currently limited to graph mode. As a result, users who prefer or need to work in linear mode lose a convenient way to understand structure and move around efficiently.

Small title change, it's not like it's merely a matter of enabling the code that's already there, it would require a totally new feature.
