Only works on some input images

I can only get the program to run on certain images.

Does not work (error code 1):
filename: noise.jpg

Works but produces output with incorrect file extension:
filename: test.png (output file is a jpg with .png extension)

I would post my log.html but it's just "Error Code is 1" repeated over and over. Would it be helpful if I posted some other log file(s) and if so, where can I find them?
