UI Mockup for config page

Need a ui mockup of a Config page will have basic configurations such as:

1. Timestamp standard: ISO 8601 or Ansi SQL Timestamp standard.

There should be a section then under each section should contain a key-value pair. Some of the sections might be time attributes, timestamps, startup folder, startup, XML export folder, JSON export folder, and other types of configurations, and flags if they want to use the registry to keep a startup file or not use the registry. Also, the file extension used by OpNode and other configuration settings that can be added by simply adding it to a dictionary.

Any changes should show a button accept or complete and the status of what happened to the configuration like "no updates yet". If something changed, then status might say. Approve to accept changes.
