pkg(scope): Removing com.android.phone leads to undetected SIM card

For context, I am using a Moto G Power 2020 with an unofficial build of Matrixx ROM. Uninstalling this package completely removes my phone's ability to detect the SIM card until the package is restored and the phone reboots. The current description implies that this app is simply the AOSP dialer app, and uninstalling it to use something like fossify phone shouldn't break core SIM functionality.

I already made it Expert because uninstalling it breaks emergency calls. I'm gonna update the description.

This is not the AOSP Dialer. On Moto phones, it is labeled as 'Phone services' and includes Cellulal Network/Data services...

That's the core service of telephony stack. com.google.android.dialer is the actual dialer app.

I think all apps that do important things should be higher priority. For example, overlays rarely take up noticeable amounts of RAM nor storage, and I don't think it's worth recommending them considering the risks. A recommended overlay app com.google.android.overlay.gmsconfig.photos litteraly locked me out of my tablet because I removed it.
