Reduce IU plugin size

Description

Plugin archive size increased after upgrade. Need to reduce it below 100 MB.

To Reproduce

Open Actions -> open one of the last runs from main
Download IU artifact
Check downloaded file size

Expected behavior

Plugin archive size should be below 100 MB.

Actual behavior

Plugin archive size is 182 MB.

Here is the list of latest changes that increased plugin size:

110 MB IC plugin size (that was 101 MB packed)
125 MB IU plugin published on March 09

• 9 MB Replace z3 jar files with KSMT dependency #1941
• 35 MB Introduce inter-process communication between utbot and utbot-spring-analyzer #2085
• 24 MB Use user classpath and Spring Boot in utbot-spring-analyzer #2125
