An off-chain AI agent evaluates volatility every 20s, signs fee recommendations with ECDSA, pins reasoning to IPFS, and submits on-chain. Fees applied in beforeSwap via EIP-1153 transient storage, bounded to [500, 10000] bps.

LPs are automatically enrolled in USDC-backed insurance via afterAddLiquidity. Realized IL above 2% is compensated per 7-day epoch (prorated). Three coverage tiers: Retail (10 USDC → 500), Growth (50 USDC → 2,500), Institutional (200 USDC → 10,000).

Non-custodial, software-only. 45/45 Foundry tests passing.
