The search box on setting page is broken

It does search all the available setting but it does not go to the relevant settings page when the result item is clicked.

Fixed in PR #385 (merged).

Root cause: Two bugs:

1. Navigation (primary): The item_add handler in selectizer.js iterated a custom savedItems array looking for item.setting_id === value. This failed because savedItems is only populated in the AJAX success callback — if the callback hadn't completed, the lookup returned nothing and no navigation occurred. Fixed by using selectize.options[value] (selectize's built-in options store, always populated when an item is added).

2. Search scope: search_wp_ultimo_setting() only searched the setting_id field (e.g. company_name). Users typing human-readable names like "Company Name" got no results. Fixed to search setting_id, title, and desc fields (case-insensitive).
