Vue js is in development mode

The included assets/js/lib/vue.js is a dev build. There is a minified version but it's still a dev build it should be a production build that is used in the release. There are also code changes to the build that need to be address. Just swapping out the file with a new release of vue.js will not have these changes. I forget what they were but a diff would show them.

Plan to resolve:

• Inspect current dev/min Vue builds and diff vs upstream to identify custom changes (e.g., window.wu_vue export wrapper).
• Replace assets/js/lib/vue.min.js with the official Vue 2.7.14 production build (no dev warnings), and append a small wrapper to expose window.wu_vue = { Vue: window.Vue, defineComponent: window.Vue && window.Vue.defineComponent ? window.Vue.defineComponent : (x)=>x }.
• Keep assets/js/lib/vue.js for development, but ensure SCRIPT_DEBUG=false loads the production min file via wu_get_asset().
• Verify enqueues for handle wu-vue still point to lib/vue.js so production sites get lib/vue.min.js automatically.
• Add a PHPUnit test that asserts vue.min.js contains production flags (e.g., productionTip:!1,devtools:!1) and the window.wu_vue wrapper string.
• Open a PR with the change.

Question:

• Confirm that exposing defineComponent via window.Vue.defineComponent is acceptable, with a fallback pass-through if not present (matches existing usage). Any other customizations to preserve beyond window.wu_vue?
