Blocked USB Audio device is not listed in `list-devices` output

1. insert new USB-to-Audio device
2. see it got blocked in journalctl --all
3. Run usbguard list-devices
4. There is no Blocked listed

To reproduce this could you provide

• distribution / version
• usbguard version
• some lsusb -vvv output wrt. to this device so maybe someone can setup a test using umockdev
• excerpt from your journalctl --all showing the blocked message
