[Select][Web Components][2.20.1]: List item down state is missing

Bug Description

When the dropdown is open, list items display a hover state correctly. However, on click and hold, the down state is missing. The implementation should be updated to ensure the interaction states align with the visual and interaction specifications.

For interaction specification see Version 2.0.0
