[Select][Web Components][2.20.1]: Incorrect visual implementation of the button leads to vertical misalignment with the input field

Bug Description

The button is currently 25 px high, while according to the visual design specification for the Input with Button it should be 26 px, matching the height of the input field. This size difference causes the visual misalignment between the button, icon, and the input field.
