Prevent snap to start when adding new karaoke syls #466
Description
Currently when ktiming if the visible part of the spectogram exceeds the start of the line, it will snap to back to the start of the line when you add a new syllable split. It would be nice if it didn't do that, as it means having to constantly scroll back unless you create every single split immediately.
Example when looking at the spectogram while splitting
Immediately after split is added
This happens regardless of whether the "Toggle automatically seeking video to start time of selected lines" is selected.
