Add remaining diff regression tests

Add test cases for:

• edit link
• add link
• add / remove horizontal rule
• Merging / splitting blocks
• Multi-column
• changes in code blocks
• Large diffs (large changes, for example replace an entire document, or translate a document)
• delete / add empty block
