What’s broken?

Pasting plain text into a heading block does not keep heading setting.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the pasted text to stay in heading style

Steps to reproduce

1. Type "## " so that the heading block gets visible
2. Paste text (ctrl+v or context menu + paste)

The block is replaced with a normal paragraph one.
