Clicking DEL on empty line should remove block & lift blocks below it

What’s broken?

When there's multiple Blocks, pressing DEL key on an empty line/block should lift the adjacent block.

What did you expect to happen?

Steps to reproduce

1. On official site demo page editor (macOS, Chrome)
2. Create two blocks, first block empty, second block any content
3. Focus cursor on first block and hit DEL key
