Truly Modular 2.1.0 is compatible with Epic Fight 21.11.2
sadly, Epic Fight had another update messing with our compat code, so their latest version is still not compatible

I'd be interested to be making sure that your compat code will work since we are currently doing a lot of refactoring with our code to eliminate as much technical debt within our mod as possible.

@Forixaim Id appreciate a message once the refactor is done so i can work on compat for a stable version, otherwise, as long as i can read the bone matrices out to position the armor pieces im fine, but re-doing compat every 4 weeks feels like a lot of work

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question (I have no familiarity with the code) but is it possible to add a fallback? or something? maybe inject a mixin (I think its called) to modify epic fight code no matter the version to ensure its compatible? I'm not sure if it would work though, cuz of adding and removing of code. You could try searching for a line using previous code, but that would require a comment in epic fights code saying something like "replace code here".
One more thing that might be a problem is interactions with other parts of the code

the issue is that epic fight does changes on how armor rendering, items and similar work internally within epic fight, or at least they did last year.
this means that i cant just mixin or similar, as the code below is constantly changing, there is no easy fix for that, other then to adjust to each new version manually and see whats changed in each.

@Forixaim are you still in the process of refactoring or have u reached a stable point?

thanks for the quick reply, I was honestly surprised.
Im just going to thank you for the work you do on the mod.
I love the idea, and I feel like its been implemented wrong in other mods (other than the casting system, gotta love that) I would love to help, but sadly I don't know any java, and I don't currently have a computer to work on it. (I do, but Im only 16 and am heavily restricted in what I can do on it.) one more thing, it would be of great thanks if you could add support for controllify in your GUI's. Its very tedious, and I feel that you could detect controlify's installation and switch to a YACL format? i'll make a feature request ofc, but just wanted to add that in there (:

Yeah 1.21.1 is pretty much stable as we set out sights on 26.1
