Describe the feature

• Ability to view issues
• Ability to view pull requests
• Allow the assistant to manage issues and pull requests by understanding the context and deciding whether they are appropriate, as well as giving it the ability to push to the main branch if authorized
• Allow the assistant in ask mode to ask about issue, find the way to fix that issue and open pr
• Allow the assistant respond the issue or pr

This makes it easier for both the developer and the model to access the project, manage pull requests and issues, or simply ask questions about them.
