Add ability to change a projectActivity

We sync Tripletex with a outside application and use projectActivity to register hours. We create and manage projectActivity from the application, but we can't rename the activity if something changes in the application.

If there was a put on the /project/projectActivity like there is one a project this would be really helpful.
