Incorrect coloring for dinensional generator element in rare siuation

When you have storage upgrade, your capacity is 5*n, and you filled fuel exactly to full size, color of DimGen tab did not change, even though next magmite will go to Mi

To Reproduce

1. Get 5 upgrades in capacity, Hybridization and Storage.
2. Get exactly 7.50 fuel
3. Color of DimGen form won't change

Expected behavior
Color should change to Gain Mi mode, because next magma will go to Mi
