if you copy:
https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com
and insert it in URLCheck "Input text:" is "2Fexample.com" and no back button for changes made is displayed.

if you then manually change "Input text:" to "https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com" "Uri parts >Paths (1)" says correctly "https://example.com".

So URL decoding is already implemented, but we need an option that allows us to decode the entered address right at the beginning so that the bug ("2Fexample.com") described in my example does not occur.
