Feature: Add Speedtest command

Uses TorBox API to get speedtest files for testing.

• Allows picking specific speedtest files to run (default)
• Full run, which will run through all available speedtest files like the normal TorBox speedtest does
• Multi-connection downloads
• Maybe? cool map like on the speedtest page, to select the speedtest files/locations.
