My research experience began at Washington University in St. Louis as an undergraduate in Jeffrey Catalano’s aqueous geochemistry lab. While there, I led a project looking at trace metal concentrations across the St. Louis metropolitan region, which ultimately culminated in a senior honors thesis. I am currently working in the Topp lab at the Danforth Plant Science Center as a laboratory assistant aiding in the cover crop research project. I am interested in the biogeochemical cycling that occurs in agricultural systems, as well as soil health and sustainable agriculture. Outside the Danforth Center, I enjoy painting, running, and teaching ballet!
