MSVCR71.dll missing error under Windows 8 #18
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Windows 8
2. Try to run the contents of PyTopMod2.223.zip
3. Receive error message saying that MSVCR71.dll is missing for system and that
the program should be reinstalled.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect TopMod to run, I get an error message instead.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyTopMod2.223 under Windows 8
Please provide any additional information below.
Don't get me started about what I think of Windows 8, I had TopMod under
Windows 7 and it was wonderful, I miss it a lot and could use some help.
