Document where to get the game files

I actually got parts of this by a bit of reverse engineering and using an HTTP proxy and also by looking at some old broken launcher projects.

It would be nice if the game files location and the meaning of the json values could be documented on

We had previously talked about open-sourcing the launcher and patcher, but those plans don't look like they'll pan out any time soon.

As for hints about what's going on in the patchmanifest...:

• Patches are bsdiff4 format and bz2 compressed
• Full files are bz2 compressed
• For the bz2 compression, just import bz2 in python.
