Samaveda combining numerals/letters + karshana combinations

Tiro Devanagari Sanskrit supports lateral combinations of combining numerals/letters for the Samaveda using contextual GPOS adjustments. Need to check that this also works when followed by a karshana sign (U+1CD0). Specifically check this combination:

I think manuscripts also have where /dTwocomb/vKarshana are not written ide by side, but one above the other

The example document linked from that Shobhika issue includes an asterisk-like sign beside some of the superscript numerals/letters:

Will probably need to add an above mkmk anchor on the superscript numerals/letters for the karshana.

I think more research is needed in manuscripts and printed books in Devanagari, as I don’t know the technicalities on the Veda markers

I’ve implemented the combining asterisk for the next update to the Sanskrit font. I’ll need to refine the contextual offset adjustment to obtain the correct horizontal positioning of the supercript block but it will look something like this.
