Artifacts file names doesn't line up with release version e.g. appimagelauncher_3.0.0-beta-2-gha287.96cb937_aarch64.rpm instead of appimagelauncher_3.0.0-beta-3-gha287.96cb937_aarch64.rpm.

Expected behavior

Artifacts file names and release version should line up.

Ya, this breaks automation that's expecting that tag in the filename to match the tag of the release.
