Add Antenna information back to nangate45

Nangate45 has antenna information in the original LEF but it was stripped out when converting the LEF pin shapes from POLYGON to RECT in NangateOpenCellLibrary.macro.mod.lef.

Add the antenna information back to the LEF.

@maliberty Does DRT still have a limitation that it can only read RECT pins? Or has the odb integration resolved that? If so, we can delete the modified LEF and go back to using the original with POLYGON pins.

Yeah it should still be open. It's an issue of changing

OpenROAD-flow-scripts/flow/platforms/nangate45/config.mk

Line 8 in 97416b2

export SC_LEF = $(PLATFORM_DIR)/lef/NangateOpenCellLibrary.macro.mod.lef

to

export SC_LEF = $(PLATFORM_DIR)/lef/NangateOpenCellLibrary.macro.lef

And seeing if there are any downstream effects (e.g. CI still works, etc.). If it does, then these 2 files can be deleted as well:

OpenROAD-flow-scripts/flow/platforms/nangate45/lef/NangateOpenCellLibrary.macro.rect.lef
