Troubleshoot failure to retrieve some collections

Small number of collections (mainly in Baylor or UT) that were not retrieved from search API for dataverses but that are published (e.g., https://dataverse.tdl.org/api/dataverses/hangenberg). Count is around 10 when excluding institution-level collections. No obvious pattern.

Actual number is smaller (n = 3), all Baylor - others are blank for 'released' column (deleted?). Others in addition to one listed above are LeeNordt and ColdEarlyCretaceous.
