Bank balance limit doesn't work

• Server Version: paper-1.19.2-138.jar
• Java Version Java 18 (OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 18.0.2+9) and also tested on openjdk version "17.0.4" 2022-07-19
• Online-Mode: true
• BungeeCord: false
• Server Logs: There is absolutely nothing unique about the log and no errors. Also https://paste.techscode.com does not work.

Describe the bug
Bank Balance Limit does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. /uecon and set a bank balance limit
2. Try to deposit more money than that limit to a bank account or wait for the interest to raise the balance higher than the limit.

Expected behavior
The bank should not allow players to deposit more money than the balance limit. No interest should be applied to the bank when it's reached this limit. In no cases should the balance be able to exceed this limit for any reason.

Additional context
Seems to be a bug in the plugin. I can't figure out what would cause it to exceed the balance. Doesn't matter if I'm op, regular player with all the regular permissions described in your wiki or someone with admin permissions, they all have this issue. I've tested with the minimum plugins and the issue persists. I've tried setting it to a low value, a high value, doesn't seem to matter. I've tried removing all money from the bank and adding it again, doesn't change anything.

I saw someone mention it on the Discord but didn't see anyone acknowledge that it was an issue or give any solutions.
