When i try to use /irp [username] i get back /irp <subcommand> (in chat) also in the logs it says mcversoin is null

Generally version: 4616-Spigot-4a90bec-48244d7 (MC: 26.1.1) is not exactly known to be a minecraft version. Spigot thought they would be smart and do weird stuff with the server version. Might try to extract the version from that mess at some point, otherwise just use paper.
