Autocapitalize smarter

We auto capitalize category suggestions already. Make it a bit smarter so that edge cases are covered too. Specifically Irish/Scottish names and French names

examples:
o'rourke -> O'Rourke
margquis de lafayette -> Marquis de Lafayette

There's others too, but let's start here.
