Feature request: Add support for flatpak apps

It should be possible through the background portal, not that I'm familiar with it: https://github.com/flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal/blob/main/data/org.freedesktop.portal.Background.xml

I think it should be straightforward. You communicate with XDG portals using DBus, and there are several DBus libraries for node that don't involve compiling native addons or anything.

These are a couple of recently-updated ones, though there's likely nothing wrong with using one that isn't getting regular updates (the most popular ones have not been updated in a while).

It's probably better to use the XDG Portal whenever it's present instead of having it only be for Flatpaks.
