(DOCS) Incorrect link for getting started button

The "Getting started" button leads to /start/latest/docs/framework/react/overview/framework/react/getting-started and it needs to lead to /start/latest/docs/framework/react/getting-started

(I tried pulling /tanstack.com and /router to create a PR but I couldn't find this button anywhere, sorry I couldn't be of more help!)
