README.md and tags?

Hi,

While has been incredibly useful, this repository is missing a readme file which, in my opinion, should contain the following information (at least):

• A short tutorial for newbies
• Changelog which tells the differences between FASTv8GUI versions
• Which MATLAB version that is recommended to use this GUI with. Is it 2018b? Will it still work with the older version, e.g. 2016a?
• Roadmap of the development (if any, e.g. plan to use OpenFAST instead of FASTv8 someday?)

In addition, I think you forgot to tag particular commits where the version number is updated.

Any update on this? Which Matlab version is this tested to work with?

@ufechner7 The current FASTTool version was tested with MATLAB 2021b if I remember correctly. But as most functionalities were developed by much older MATLAB versions and compatibility issues are normally coming from Simulink (.slx) files, which were last updated using MATLAB 2018b, I believe FASTTool works with MATLAB 2018b and above.
