docs(PNG): Create web-based documentation

Utilize GitHub's wiki system to document the usage of this software. Changes and updates should be made on a rolling basis.

While GitHub's wiki system will work to begin with, successive versions may need to be extracted to a different platform. As the software grows and changes, it would be useful to have different versions of the documentation.
