Add full support for TU Dresden “selma”, additional features #12
Description
I've implemented full support for the TU Dresden instance as well as finished implementing notifications generated from polling for new exams results (TU Dresden refused to make email notifications available). I've also started working on implementing fetching document metadata as well as overviews for marks.

What are your plans regarding this project?
Do you think it's worth adding support for TU Dresden (or more instances in general) here as
- different universities run different versions of CampusNet,
- some fields are used quite differently by the examination offices and
- some universities might provide (email) notifications already?
