Hello,
First of all, thank you very much for developing this highly useful tool!
We encountered a problem when using panGraphViewer to visualize our own rGFA-formatted pangenome graph, during which the following warning message was triggered >>
“The format of 'SN:Z' in the input rGRF file is not the one we want. Although we can display the graph, many features would not show. Please refer to the 'Manual' in Help if you want a better experience in using this tool.”
The SN:Z tag in our graph look like the following:
SN:Z:SGDref#HP0#chrI
Is this issue caused by the '#' characters encoded in our SN:Z tags?
Also, there seems a typo regarding "rGRF" in the warning message.
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Jia-Xing
