When I follow the doc for Dancer2::Debugger the plugin config is ignored. It
is necessary to use Dancer2; and add if config->{plugins}{Debugger}{enabled}; after $debugger->enable in app.psgi.
Has anyone else encountered this?
(in fact, to be complete, it ignores the conf completely, i.e. even without a section for Debugger in the plugins section of the conf, it loads the panels.)

I'll add further notes as soon as I can.
