EZOut Docker improvements

EZOut's dockerfile should be refactored to reduce the number of layers and increase it's consistency.

• EZOut Container.init.ps1 should initialize the container #242
• EZOut Container.start.ps1 should be the entry point #243
• EZOut Container.stop.ps1 should be the exit point #244
